Independent testing by
the U.S. Navy’s
NAVSEA Surface Warfare Center Division in Crane,
Indiana compares the Maxa Beam to alternate searchlight
technology and overwhelmingly concludes that
the Maxa
Beam is the best handheld, lightweight, high-intensity
lighting system available.
The Maxa Beam is also an invaluable tool for
any Infrared operation. For covert surveillance,
using the Maxa Beam as an infrared illuminator
in conjunction with an IR sensitive camera will
enable the operator to see a clear picture even
when there is little or no ambient light.
